A little update from me - We officially have our first stockist!! This actually feels unreal to say. One of my goals for this year (although this brand is still a baby) was to have 5-10 stockists. I wrote this down January 1st - January 2nd a beautiful business called The Curate Club reached out to me. I was SPEECHLESS. I met with the owner & she was the loveliest person - I couldn't believe how lucky I got. Not just any stockist, but someone who had big dreams, big aspirations and was taking a leap of faith on my brand.
I think sometimes you have to be abit delusional. Did it seem feasible for Viktoria Green to get a stockist so fast? Probably not. People told me ''slow down'' the business is still ''fresh''. Well I say so what? There is nothing wrong with dreaming big.
Am I expecting the business to be a success overnight? Certainly not. But am I expecting to be a better version of a business owner than I was yesterday? Absolutely. I guess my point is, anything is possible, no matter what we perceive to be ''realistic''. I certainly still doubt myself. Can you imagine starting a career at 34? I didn't, that's for sure - but here I am! haha
I guess I will leave you with this final thought. If there is something you want, no matter how unrealistic it may be, just assume you can get it. Automatically, our brains think of the worst case scenario to protect ourselves in case that event may occur. But now I really try to live as if the best case scenario will always play out.
After re-reading this blog back to myself its clear I have assumed the role of Aristotle, but I digress. I hope I've made sense, I hope it changed even one persons perspective or shifted their outlook. That would be truely special!

So, I feel there is so much to unpack in this blog. Firstly, I am so happy for you securing your first stockist! WOOHOO! You go girl.
Secondly, I was really vibing the positive manifestation and I’m feeling so much lighter after reading your blog. Continuing the day with good vibes all round.
Thirdly, I used to wait up to listen to love song dedications with Richard Mercer. Someone actually dedicated an Usher song to me on love song dedications and I still think about it now LOL
