RETURNS
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer a refund, except for earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please choose carefully.
Items must be returned in unworn condition and in their original packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for items returned in unsatisfactory condition or lost during shipping, so please ensure you obtain a tracking number. Once we receive your return in house, we will inspect it and process your refund within 48 hours.
INITIATE A RETURN/REFUND
For orders delivered within Australia, we accept returns for change of mind on products purchased within 14 days of receipt. Please be aware the cost of returning an item will be the customers responsibility.
Please follow these steps to return your item(s):
1. Email info@viktoriagreenjewellery.com with your order number, full name, address and wait for further instructions.
2. Re-pack your items in their original box with all packaging, just as you received them.
For orders delivered outside of Australia, if your product is faulty or you received the wrong item, please contact us via email at info@viktoriagreenjewellery.com for further instructions.
We recommend keeping a tracking reference for your parcel to confirm when it has been delivered to us. The cost of returning an item will be the customers responsibility.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Unfortunately at this time Viktoria Green do not offer exchanges.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
After Viktoria Green receives your returned items, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your financial institution's processing time.
FAULTY ITEM?
If you believe you've received a faulty item, please email us at info@viktoriagreenjewellery.com with a brief description and photographs.
Each return will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we will use our judgment to find the most appropriate solution for everyone involved.
